Creating A Home For Children
Home. The word inspires a sense of stability, comfort, family and belonging. Unfortunately, thousands of children and young adults in our community have lost, or have never known, this sense of home and family. Nearly 15,000 children are in Missouri’s foster care system because their parents cannot provide care for them. Sibling groups often become separated and many children experience frequent moves from foster family to foster family, with little understanding of what it means to have long-term stability. Drumm Farm Center for Children is a special place children and young adults can call home.
